Work with us

We are building propulsion systems for the next generation of spacecraft—and the company capable of producing them at scale. That takes people who care about the details, take ownership of difficult problems, and want to see their work leave the workshop and operate in orbit.

2026 Warsaw Stock Exchange DEBIUT
Our ambition is to grow Liftero into a global space technology company.

We are doing it in one of the world’s most technically demanding and commercially complex industries, at one of the most exciting and defining moments in its history.

We cannot build something of that scale alone. We stand on the shoulders of generations of engineers, entrepreneurs, and space pioneers who made today’s opportunities possible. But our most important foundation is the team building Liftero now.

There are few places where your work can shape the hardware, the product, the way a company operates, and ultimately what happens in orbit.

The space industry is open to people from many backgrounds. Liftero may not be the right place for everyone, but for those drawn to difficult problems, high standards, and real responsibility, it is worth taking the shot.

If that resonates with you, and you are looking for a meaningful challenge with tangible impact, we would like to hear from you.

Why people join Liftero
Work on real flight hardware
Your decisions become components, propulsion systems, test results, and customer missions. You will see the connection between your work and what eventually operates in orbit.
Take ownership early
You will not spend years waiting for permission to contribute. We give people meaningful responsibility and expect them to drive problems through to a clear outcome from day one.
Learn across the full product
Liftero develops, manufactures, tests, and delivers propulsion systems in-house. That gives you exposure beyond one narrow task and a better understanding of how complete space products are built.
Help shape how we scale
We are still defining many of the products, processes, tools, and standards that will support the next stage of the company. Your work can influence not only what we build, but how Liftero operates.
Work with high standards
We expect thoughtful engineering, clear communication, and work you are proud to ship. You will work with people who care about getting the details right without losing sight of delivery.
Build the first 1,000
Our goal is not to deliver one exceptional prototype. We are building the products and production capability needed to power our first 1,000 customer spacecraft—and you can help define how we get there.
