Company profile
Liftero S.A. is a Polish space-sector technology company that designs, manufactures, and delivers satellite propulsion systems. The company operates in Kraków, where it develops in-house capabilities in the design, production, integration, and testing of space propulsion.
The Company's flagship product is BOOSTER – a new-generation chemical propulsion system, proven in space conditions and configurable for various mission profiles based on standardized components. The system is used in constellation deployment, orbital maneuvers, in-orbit servicing missions, deorbiting, and re-entry, among other applications.
Liftero develops BOOSTER as a standardized industrial product rather than a series of one-off projects built from scratch for each customer. System configuration is based on a common architecture, repeatable components, and repeatable production processes, which makes it possible to combine mission fit with shorter delivery times, cost predictability, and the ability to scale production for serial orders.
Growth strategy
Liftero's strategic goal is to establish itself as a trusted supplier of propulsion systems in key satellite markets, particularly in Europe, the United States, India, and the APAC region.
In the current stage of development, the Company focuses on increasing the number of systems and thrusters delivered to customers and launched into orbit. In the space sector, documented operational experience is critical in procurement processes, so each subsequent delivery and mission strengthens the product's credibility, reduces perceived risk on the customer side, and improves the Company's ability to win larger contracts.
In parallel, Liftero is expanding its production capacity, optimizing processes, and building a supply chain prepared for serial orders. This is a prerequisite for participating in programs involving dozens or hundreds of satellites, whose scale significantly exceeds traditional one-off space projects.
Liftero is consistently expanding its portfolio of standardized BOOSTER components to better address customer requirements across market segments without departing from the common product architecture. The Company's priority remains selling and delivering systems to commercial customers on international markets.
In parallel, Liftero has collaborated for many years with the European Space Agency on the development of key propulsion technologies. This cooperation strengthens the Company's competencies, confirms its technological credibility, and positions it as a potential propulsion supplier for future ESA missions and other institutional programs.
The NewConnect debut is a transitional stage – ultimately, the Company plans to move its listing to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).

Glossary
BOOSTER
Liftero's proprietary propulsion system – a configurable chemical propulsion system for small satellites, based on benign propellants (N₂O + C₂H₆).
Flight heritage
Confirmed, real-world operation of a system in orbit. For Liftero: the RED5 mission launched on SpaceX Transporter-13 in March 2025.
Green propellant
Propellant that is environmentally benign and safe for ground handling. Liftero uses a mixture of N₂O and C₂H₆.
Specific impulse (Isp)
A measure of propulsion efficiency – higher Isp means lower propellant consumption at the same thrust. BOOSTER achieves an Isp of 273–302 s.
In-orbit servicing
Servicing satellites in orbit – refueling, repair, towing.
ITAR-free
A system not subject to US ITAR export regulations. Facilitates sales on international markets.
LEO
Low Earth Orbit – up to approx. 2,000 km. Liftero's primary market.
NewConnect
The alternative stock market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, intended for young and innovative companies.
Thruster
A device generating thrust. Liftero offers thrusters in several thrust classes – 1N, 5N, 20N.
1N, 5N, 20N
Thruster classes produced by Liftero, designated by the generated thrust expressed in newtons.
AIT
Assembly, Integration & Test – assembly, integration, and testing of the propulsion system.
ESA
European Space Agency – Liftero's partner in R&D projects funded through Poland's membership contribution.
